Comments: | These neat little cube-shaped boxes take their name from the wicker boxes traditionally used in Japan for storing kimono and accessories. Tsuzura are the easiest and quickest to make of the various square boxes presented on this site, although the lid style with Fans is a little more challenging than the basic Tsuzura lid. The reverse side of the paper shows on one side of each fan-shape, so double-sided paper works best for this style of box. However, single-sided paper can also be used effectively. |
